Established in 1977, Granville Homes established itself as the builder of some of Central California's finest homes. During the mid 1980’s the family-run local company determined that there was a need for homes which were affordable, yet filled with features and amenities traditionally associated with custom homes. The result was Fresno's very first Granville Homes community.

This community offered homes with such amenities as spacious owner suites, oversized tubs, volume ceilings, skylights and much more. These features were unheard of in anything but the costliest custom homes at the time. In the years since, Granville has maintained that commitment to innovation by implementing the latest in building techniques and material technologies, expanding features and providing unmatched service to the thousands of home owners that call Granville home.

Today, Granville Homes continues its dedication to the community with the realization that the company builds more than homes; it creates neighborhoods.
